Who We Are

01

Mike Rose

Mike spent more than a decade in Naval Special Warfare, where today's SEAL teams represent a unique ability to access denied environments, providing scalable kinetic and non-kinetic effects in crisis and conflict. He led SEAL elements through high-stakes training and operations across Europe, South America, and nine partner nations — work where a capability either performs in the field or it doesn't, and where the distance between the two is the whole problem.

That standard carried him into the technical world. He earned a B.A. in physics from the University of Virginia, was selected as one of fifty fellows from more than five hundred applicants for the Palantir American Tech Fellowship — where he built an AI workflow that cut a twelve-hour, expert-dependent process to roughly twenty minutes — and served as the AI solutions architect for a national franchise organization, designing a privately hosted enterprise AI platform built on more than ten years of the company's own data. Today he leads a sixteen-person element developing and fielding autonomous systems for deployed forces: the bridge between the engineers who build a capability and the operators whose work depends on it.

Jake Greenberg

Jake advises business owners, investors, developers, capital providers, and family offices on their hardest problems — the ones that cut across a company's assets, structure, and operations at once. He represented a group of investors and creditors through the workout of an eight-property distressed portfolio, from an SEC settlement over the misuse of roughly $50 million of investor funds through involuntary bankruptcy and recovery. He advised a family whose holding company owns 2,200 apartment units valued at over $700 million on restructuring the company and charting its path forward. He helped structure a $200 million multi-project credit facility, and has carried engagements spanning ground-up development, public-private partnerships, capital formation, and asset management.

Before his advisory practice, as a vice president at Bond Companies, a national real estate development firm, Jake led more than 1.5 million square feet of ground-up multifamily development and evaluated over 125 acquisition and development opportunities — including a 710-unit community he ran from land acquisition through the start of construction, securing $25 million in tax increment financing along the way. He holds an M.S. in real estate, specialized in private equity, and a B.A. in economics, both from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
